About Us

Helloworld Travel Parkdale is a locally owned and operated travel agency that has been established in Parkdale since November 2000.  We have recently relocated our office and are now at 143A Como Parade East, almost directly opposite our previous location across the railway line, and we do love our new home!

Our team consists of our Owner/Manager Selena Luscombe and our 2 amazing travel advisors Richard Barnes & Libby Bownas who collectively have over 50 years worth of retail travel experience and we know that our exceptional customer service is second to none. We can help with any destination both far and our favourite places are Italy, the USA (Alaska & New York City in particular), Canada, Bali, Fiji, South America (where Richard has travelled extensively!), pretty much everywhere in fabulous Asia and of course all of Australia – we love to travel in our own amazing backyard!

We specialise in Cruise holidays and Selena is an accredited Cruise Master with CLIA. Whether it be large cruise lines or small ship cruising, ocean or river cruises, expedition adventure type cruises or relaxation youre after, we know we can find the exact right cruise for you.

We also thrive on finding you the perfect airfare deal, love preparing tailor-made itineraries, are experts in coach touring, know all about family holidays (Selena & Libby having done plenty of them over the years!), and we are here to ensure that the planning process is a trouble and stress free one, making your whole holiday a remarkable experience – from beginning to end!
